We started out several years ago selling supplements.  From these early days we have progressed and grown until the supplement section of the business has been fazed out.

We learnt about the people of Pudsey and what they wanted.  We now offer the magnificent Flabelos work out system.  And many of you tell us how it has transformed your exercise regimen into just a few minutes.

So what would compliment this work out system?  Obviously beauty treatments.   And now we are proud to unveil our beauty rooms which offer a selection of treatments to a very high standard.
